1. General Policy
At Noa Glide, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Return requests must be made within 3–7 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase provided.
The following items are not eligible for return: sale or clearance items, used or washed products, and items without original packaging.
3. Return Process
To request a return, email [email protected] with your order number, product images, and reason for return. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
4. Refund Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit based on customer preference. COD shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
Only approved returns are eligible for refunds. Partial refunds may apply if the product is not returned in its original condition.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges for size or product issues are available subject to stock availability. Exchange requests follow the same approval process as returns.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Noa Glide will cover return shipping costs.
